1. š« Lottery Rules
Each lottery ticket costs $9.99 and provides one entry into the drawing. Maximum 5 tickets per customer. The drawing will occur on August 25, 2025. Winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the drawing.
2. š Prize Details
The winner will receive 50 custom patches divided among up to 5 different designs. Patches can be embroidered, chenille or sequin. Total prize value exceeds $500.
3. š³ Payment Process
After form submission, you will receive a PayPal invoice via email within 6 hours. You must complete payment within 6 hours of receiving the invoice. Tickets will be held during this period and activated upon payment confirmation.
4. š Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before payment completion. Once payment is completed, all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment confirmation.
5. šØ Design Requirements
Submitted designs must be original work or the submitter must have rights to use the design. We reserve the right to reject any design that contains offensive or copyrighted material.
6. š Shipping
Free worldwide shipping is included for the winner. Delivery time varies by location (7-12 business days).
7. š² Drawing Process
Winner will be selected randomly using a verified random number generator. The drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently.
8. ā° Payment Deadline
Failure to complete payment within 6 hours of invoice receipt will result in automatic order cancellation and ticket release back to available pool.
